Job Summary:

We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:

Oversee daily store operations , including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas to ensure a high level of service and efficiency . Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Uphold brand standards for all beverages, including coffee, Red Bull drinks, and boba tea.

Customer Experience & Sales:

Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement , such as promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings. Ensure all drinks are consistently prepared to company standards.

Financial & Inventory Management:

Track daily sales, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability . Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste to maintain efficiency. Use POS systems to track performance and generate reports.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food service regulations . Maintain all equipment and work areas in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers regarding their orders. Minimum of one (1) year of management experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a coffee shop, boba tea shop, or similar beverage-focused environment required. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively multitask and perform in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and team supervision. Must have open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with boba tea preparation and Red Bull-infused beverages is preferred.
