Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager specializing in Food Service and Events to lead our bustling hospitality operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events and daily food service activities within a vibrant venue. Your leadership will ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless management of staff, and efficient operational workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive team culture and elevating service standards. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of food service operations during events and daily shifts, ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Oversee event planning, including setup, execution, and breakdown, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet specific requirements. Manage shift schedules for staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen personnel, and support staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Maintain strict control over cash handling procedures, POS systems, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements across all operational areas. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues efficiently. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest feedback, staffing needs, and event outcomes to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven management experience in food service or hospitality settings, preferably within nightclubs, resorts, or large-scale event venues. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple functions simultaneously. Experience in report writing related to operations performance, guest satisfaction metrics, or financial summaries. Familiarity with shift management practices and supervising customer service teams to deliver outstanding guest services. Hands-on experience with restaurant operations, cash handling procedures, and hospitality standards.
