The Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle's Andare restaurant. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is integral part of the hotel's overall Food and Beverage team.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting and managing Andare food & beverage while working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.
  • Responsible for the short and long term planning of Andare
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
  • Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
  • Full understanding of Colleague engagement
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
  • Ability to take the initiative to run the outlet as a free standing entity The salary range for this position is $80,169.
00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education. Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Refined verbal and writtenmunication skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
