This is a working manager position, leading by example on the floor while supporting the day-to-day operations of the caf . You ll balance guest service, team development, and operational execution to keep the caf running smoothly and efficiently .Some of our benefits we offer:

Growth opportunityWhat we are looking for someone who can:
Lead with a guest first mindset, stepping in to support the team and ensure a great experience every timeDemonstrate strong customer service while coaching and developing othersCreate a positive, team-focused environment and build strong working relationshipsRun daily caf operations, including shift execution, cash handling, and maintaining company standardsSupport hiring, training, and performance management in partnership with the District ManagerManage product levels, ordering, and quality to ensure consistency and minimize wasteMonitor key areas of the business such as labor, sales, and overall caf performanceMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in accordance with company and health standardsWork a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidaysOccasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and be active for the duration of shiftsWhat we re looking for:2+ years of leadership experience (food/retail preferred)A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their teamStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to stay calm, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and ability to learn POS systemsFood Handler s Permit (or ability to obtain)At Top Pot, we take pride in people, quality and consistency by living our Core Values everyday:
