In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, foster a vibrant team culture, and deliver outstanding guest experiences across all units. Your leadership will ensure each restaurant operates smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about hospitality, business growth, and team development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction across all units. Lead, mentor, and supervise restaurant managers and staff to foster a motivated, high-performing team committed to excellence. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth and building strong community relationships. Manage financial performance by monitoring profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Lead process improvement projects to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and maximize revenue streams. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards at every location. Experience Proven management experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably overseeing multiple units simultaneously. Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of achieving sales growth and operational goals. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising teams and developing talent. Knowledge of profit & loss management, business development strategies, and project management principles. Skilled in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting relationships with guests and community partners.
