Full-Time Skylars is a small, busy spot — we're looking for a Front of House Manager who leads by doing, not standing back. This is NOT a sit-in-the-office role. You'll be on the floor, in the rush, helping wherever needed.

What You'll Do:

Jump in and serve tables, run food, bus, and host as needed Keep service smooth, fast, and friendly Help stock, clean, and keep front of house organized Support the kitchen during slower front-of-house periods (prep, dishes, etc.) Handle day-to-day flow and team communication Scheduling & payroll are handled separately, your focus is operations and team support Must be comfortable switching roles quickly depending on business

What We're Looking For:

Strong serving experience (management a plus) Hustle mindset, no standing around Team-first attitude in a small crew Weekend availability is required
