Restaurant Manager Job Description:

The Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and ability to motivate and coach create success in this position.

Pay Details:

Salary Range:

$60,255.00 to $70,655.00 per year Pay is determined based calculation of years of experience and education. Pay increase between upon successful completion of training. Annual pay increase based on performance evaluation. Overtime paid according to WA state laws. What You Will Do as

Restaurant Manager:

Ensure success of Guest Service and Guest Experience. Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory. Oversee, lead and manage staff before, during and after service. Provide training and coaching of standards. Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow. Ensure labor law compliance. Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant. Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs. Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests. Assist in Interviewing and orientation of new team members.

About You:

You have a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor and passion for delivering excellent service. You work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests. Able to work 46-49hrs a week. You have a strong work ethic and are driven to succeed and grow your future. You model enthusiasm and motivate others to follow your lead. Have 2 years as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities.
