Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2
  • Food Schools for our K12 schools across the Sultan School District in Sultan, WA .
The best qualified General Manager will have strong hands-on operational experience and will be accessible to staff, while being able to delegate responsibilities and track progress of team development. What You'll Do Lead and engage team members while overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment Manage culinary production with a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Balance multiple priorities with effective communication and a strong customer service mindset Oversee operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently while adapting to business needs Drive financial performance by meeting company and client targets and leveraging systems such as FMS/TMC Build strong client relationships and develop strategic plans to ensure Sodexo standards and operational success are achieved What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.   • 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
