(AM SHIFTS)Part Time 3 AM Shifts/Week Vancouver, WABarNone at The Mill is looking for a reliable, steady, team minded AM kitchen staff member to support our morning prep and daytime service. This role is hands on, fast moving, and essential to keeping our small kitchen running smoothly.What You ll DoMorning prep and productionLine support during serviceDish + general kitchen upkeepWork closely with a tight, respectful teamMaintain clean, organized workspacesWhat We re Looking ForStrong work ethic and consistencyAbility to follow systems and stay organizedPositive attitude and good communicationKitchen experience preferred, but not requiredSomeone who shows up ready to work and be part of the teamMust be available Saturday nights if needed (occasional coverage)ScheduleAM shiftsApproximately 3 days per weekOccasional Saturday night coverageAdditional shifts available based on performance and business needsWhy BarNoneWe re a neighborhood bar with a small, hardworking crew that takes pride in doing things well.
