Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration and excellence Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, food handling, and food service management Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while adhering to dietary restrictions and customer preferences Manage inventory control and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring flawless execution from setup to service Monitor shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet operational demands while maintaining high service standards Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in managing kitchen teams Knowledge of food industry best practices, including food safety, handling, and quality control Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food production processes Strong organizational skills in inventory management and cost control measures Experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service operations Ability to lead by example in cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service excellence Familiarity with banquet experience, dietary department procedures, and shift management strategies Excellent communication skills for team leadership and coordination across departments Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your leadership transforms kitchens into vibrant hubs of creativity and hospitality.
