Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant functions, managing staff, ensuring top-tier customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for food service management and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and adherence to health regulations to ensure compliance and quality. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining operational efficiency. Control budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and staff engagement. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Strong background in food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively through training & development initiatives. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes. Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable.
