Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and adherence to health regulations to ensure compliance and quality. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining operational efficiency. Control budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and staff engagement. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Strong background in food handling, food safety protocols, and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively through training & development initiatives. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes. Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable.
