Assistant Manager (Front of House) Full-Time Preferred Benvenuto's is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our Front of House team. We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of great hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Support daily FOH operations Lead and motivate servers, hosts, and bartenders Ensure excellent guest experiences Handle customer concerns professionally Assist with scheduling, shift management, and staff accountability Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Work closely with kitchen leadership to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to stay calm under pressure Flexible evening and weekend availability
