What You'll Do in

This Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You will:

Provide strong leadership, direction, and mentorship to restaurant team members while serving as the leader on duty and supporting daily operations Create a positive, team-focused culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional hospitality Build genuine relationships with guests, gather feedback, and continuously look for ways to elevate the dining experience Partner with the leadership team to manage budgets, control costs, improve profitability, and maintain operational excellence Identify opportunities for growth by staying current on hospitality trends, competitive insights, and guest preferences Develop strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners to support business initiatives and strengthen local connections Lead by example with a passion for hospitality, accountability, and creating memorable experiences
