• This position will run our new location on the West side of Green Bay that opens up this summer!

If you're looking for a high-responsibility, hands-on role with strong support—this could be it. What You'll Do Manage daily store operations—you're hands-on 70-80% of the time Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed Open as early as 6 AM or close at 11 PM Ensure excellent service, food safety, and a clean, organized store Resolve customer issues with professionalism Serve as the go-to leader for your team What We're Looking For 2+ years of GM-level experience in food service or hospitality Strong leadership and operations skills Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous new restaurant opening experience is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a background and driving record check
