Shift:

3rd Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead. The Production Lead will be responsible for leading production employees, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supporting efficient operations throughout the shift. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a refrigerated production environment. Responsibilities Lead and support production team members throughout the shift Communicate production goals, expectations, and updates in both English and Spanish Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure production targets are met Train, coach, and support team members as needed Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company policies Address production issues and escalate concerns when necessary Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment Complete required documentation and production reports Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maintain efficient operations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous leadership, lead, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or production experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
