Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role in the hospitality industry. Organizational skills with a strong business acumen. Passionate about food, service, dining, and the restaurant industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to delegate, follow-up, and follow through.

Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team focused on teamwork. Oversee and drive day-to-day operations. Manage financial aspects of the operation.
