Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills A hospitality-first mindset 2 or more years of salaried restaurant management experience Experience in leading and training teams of 25 or more employees Profit & loss expertise with proven history of revenue growth, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management Obtain a ServSafe (or equivalent) certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment
