  • Full-time Position Overview The Legend at Bergamont, recently transitioned to a fully private club, is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for clubhouse operations and member experience.
This role oversees dining, bar, and banquet operations while leading the continued growth of member engagement and event programming. As Bergamont expands its social calendar — including wine dinners, weddings, and member-focused events — the Clubhouse Manager will play a central role in driving participation, strengthening follow-up discipline, and ensuring successful event conversion and execution. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and has a key leadership role within a four-club organization. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership of clubhouse operations including dining, bar, and banquet services Supervise and develop front-of-house management and service teams Oversee scheduling, labor management, and operational cost controls Drive elevated private club service standards across all member touchpoints Support event growth through proactive inquiry response, structured follow-up, and client relationship-building Increase participation in wine dinners, weddings, and social programming Ensure seamless execution of all member events and private functions Foster strong member relationships and service recovery practices Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards Qualifications 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience Private club experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success managing banquet and event-driven environments Proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of performance Strong financial acumen in labor management and cost control Confident communicator with client-facing experience and closing ability Professional leadership presence with a long-term growth mindset
