• Full-time We are seeking passionate and hospitality-driven Assistant Managers to help lead our new Italian fine dining restaurant in Oshkosh.

The Assistant Managers will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and upholding the highest standards of service. The ideal candidates will bring strong leadership skills that foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Qualifications  3-5 years of leadership in fine dining or white tablecloth service.  Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train staff.  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.  Hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail and passion for guest satisfaction.  Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in fine dining operations.
