General Manager

We're seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the entire operation of a premier upscale dining destination in Wisconsin's Northwoods, near Rhinelander, WI. This role requires an ownership mindset that combines exceptional hospitality standards with strong operational leadership. You will serve as the public face of the restaurant and small lodging component. You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality, hospitality, and operational efficiency with a rugged, adventurous spirit of the great American north! Leadership & Culture:

Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.

Entrepreneurial Growth:

Drive revenue through innovative marketing, local partnerships, and impeccable financial management.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring every detail—from the lighting to the wine pairings—exceeds guest expectations.

Community Engagement:

Become a staple of the Tomahawk community, building relationships with locals and seasonal visitors alike.

Position Requirements:

A Proven Leader:

You have 5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining.

An Entrepreneur:

You don't wait for instructions; you see a problem and solve it, or see an opportunity and seize it.

Compensation Package Details:

Base Salary:

$75,000 - $100,000

Bonus:
