Bar Manager:

We're talking epic Thursday night trivia battles, killer live music events throughout the year, and a culture built on genuinely friendly, welcoming service. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities) Build & Hype the
Squad:
Lead, hire, train, and coach our bar staff. We want you to foster a motivated, efficient, and tight-knit crew. Run the
Show:
Oversee daily operations to ensure our food and beverage service is consistently top-tier, fast, and exactly what our regulars expect. Master the Math (and the Stock): Own our inventory control. You'll monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and minimize waste to optimize our profitability.
Tech Guru:
Confidently operate our POS systems (TOAST) to ensure lightning-fast order processing and accurate cash handling.
Keep It Safe & Spotless:
Be the ultimate champion of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and health code compliance across all aspects of service. Tetris Master (Scheduling): Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing levels so we're fully prepped for peak rushes, trivia nights, and live music crowds. Set the
Standard:
Maintain a clean, highly organized bar environment that meets the highest hospitality industry standards. What You Bring to the Table (Skills)
The Experience:
You've got a solid background in food preparation, cooking, and beverage service, ideally within casual dining, quick service, or fast-paced hospitality environments.
Proven Leadership:
You have experience supervising teams, interviewing, training, shift management, and staff development. You know how to turn a group of staff into a unified team.
POS Wizardry:
Strong working knowledge of POS systems (TOAST or Clover) for efficient operations.
Vibe Check Certified:
Exceptional customer service skills. You love chatting with regulars, welcoming newcomers, and handling guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
Business Brain:
Expertise in inventory control, food safety practices, budgeting, and food management strategies.
Expert Teacher:
The ability to effectively train staff on food handling, customer service protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Quick Thinker:
Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset when the bar gets busy.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, hotel experience, or a strong culinary background is a huge plus! Why Join Us?
