Responsibilities Manage Kitchen Staff, including hiring, training, scheduling. Coordinate food ordering, oversee inventory. Service-Oriented in your approach to working calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. This is a hands-on position that requires constant interaction between the Head Chef, Kitchen Manager & Line Cooks. Dedicated to ensuring BOH Team adherence to recipes, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Devoted to working closely with the Owner/General Manager and BOH Team in implementing and adhering to procedures that will cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork and excellence in the kitchen. Committed to driving continuous improvement by coaching, leading, and developing the restaurant team. Ensure proper food storage, quality, and presentation standards, including temperature controls.
