Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring daily operations remain intact. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations at the front of house, ensuring smooth shift management, outstanding guest service, and a welcoming environment. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating staff, managing guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of service in a lively, fast-paced setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills within a vibrant entertainment or hospitality venue. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front of house staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery and team collaboration (Host, Bartender, Servers) Manage guest services to create a positive and memorable experience for all visitors Oversee shift management, including scheduling, task delegation, and real-time problem resolution Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with event management duties such as organizing special functions or nightclub events to ensure seamless execution Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and operational documentation to maintain clear records of daily activities Skills Proven supervisory or supervising experience within the hospitality or industry Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in shift management and operational oversight in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, resorts, or nightclubs Knowledge of cash handling procedures and report writing for operational clarity Background in events management and guest services to enhance overall guest satisfaction Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued and entertained!
