  • Full-time We are seeking a motivated, organized, and hospitality-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations for Spring Creek Golf Center and Jennie's Entertainment & Events in Fort Atkinson, WI.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping grow two unique local hospitality businesses. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, customer service, inventory oversight, event coordination, cleanliness and presentation standards, team leadership, and operational accountability across both locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Hospitality, restaurant, golf, entertainment, or event management experience is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of the role. This position offers salary compensation, growth opportunity, performance bonus potential, and the opportunity to help shape and grow two expanding community-focused businesses.
