Role:

We're looking for a Coffee Shop Manager who can run a tight ship, keep the espresso flowing, and make both customers and baristas feel like regulars—even on their first visit. You'll be the ringleader of controlled chaos, the guardian of good vibes, and the reason people come back for "just one more cup."

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of caffeine enthusiasts Keep operations smooth, efficient, and drama-free (or at least entertaining) Ensure every cup served meets high standards (yes, even during the morning stampede) Handle inventory, scheduling, and the occasional existential question about oat milk Create an atmosphere where people actually want to work—and linger
