Kitchen Manager — New Country Concept Opening Soon Rock, WV | Full-Time | $50,000-$60,000/year Roll up your sleeves — something special is firing up in the hills. A brand-new restaurant concept is opening in Rock, WV, and we're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who knows scratch cooking, strong kitchen culture, and honest food done right. Think hearty, made-from-scratch dishes, local farms and vendors, backwoods charm, and a crew that takes pride in every plate. This is a chance to help build a new concept from the ground up — not just step into someone else's kitchen. What You'll Own Lead daily kitchen operations, prep, line execution, and service flow Hire, train, schedule, and coach a hardworking kitchen team Keep recipes, quality, consistency, and ticket times on point Build relationships with local farmers and vendors Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and waste Maintain strong health, safety, and sanitation standards Help shape the menu and bring a new concept to life What You'll Bring Kitchen leadership experience: KM, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or strong Lead Cook ready to step up Real scratch-cooking skills Calm, steady leadership during the rush Working knowledge of food cost, ordering, and inventory ServSafe certification, or willingness to obtain it A love for hospitality, community, and food with character What's In It For You $50,000-$60,000, based on experience A true opening opportunity with room to make your mark Supportive ownership that values the team A one-of-a-kind setting with country charm, a sister campground, and a community-first feel
