Deli Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to oversee our deli operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deli operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
• Train, supervise, and schedule deli staff to maintain high-quality service standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a deli or restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and satisfaction
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
