Kitchen Lead (Day & Night Shifts)

Overview :

We are hiring two full-time (or part-time) Kitchen Crew members to join our team! We have one opening for the Day Shift and one for the Night Shift. In this role, you will be the master of our kitchen, responsible for making our signature Mochi Donuts and popular Korean Rice Hotdogs. If you are comfortable working with a fryer, enjoy cooking, and can maintain a clean workspace, we want you!

Status :

Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)

Positions Available :

Option 1 (Day Shift): Focus on mixing dough, frying fresh donuts for the day, and prepping hotdog ingredients (e.g., 10:00 AM

• 4:00 PM) Option 2 (Night Shift): Focus on frying Korean Hotdogs to order during the dinner rush and performing end-of-day cleaning (e.g., 4:00 PM
• 10:00 PM)

Target Start Date :

May 15st, 2026 (Training may begin a few days earlier).

Responsibilities :

For Donuts:

Mix dough using our recipe, operate the donut depositor/fryer, and glaze donuts with precision.

For Korean Hotdogs:

Prepare the batter, skewer sausages/cheese, and coat/fry hotdogs to perfection (golden & crispy). Monitor oil temperature and quality to ensure food tastes great. Keep the kitchen, fryer station, and prep tables clean and sanitized at all times.

Qualifications :

Fryer Experience:

Previous experience working with deep fryers or in a fast-food kitchen is a HUGE plus.

Speed & Accuracy:

Able to coat and fry a hotdog quickly without making a mess.

Reliability:

Must be on time. The store cannot open if the donuts aren't made
