Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company expectations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety management protocols Assist with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Support team members in daily tasks such as food preparation, cashiering, and food safety checks to foster a collaborative environment Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are necessary Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety management practices is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, bussing, or kitchen support will be advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food handling and cleaning Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating enjoyable experiences through excellent service and quality offerings.
