This role is best for someone with restaurant, kitchen, grill, or fast-food experience who can help keep the shift running smoothly. The right person should be dependable, able to work evenings and weekends, comfortable working the grill, and able to help guide other team members during busy periods. Pay starts at $13-$15/hr depending on grill experience, closing ability, leadership, and reliability. Duties Prepare food according to restaurant standards Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations as needed Help lead the team during assigned shifts Keep orders moving during lunch and dinner rushes Make sure food is prepared correctly and on time Stock ingredients and supplies Keep kitchen, front counter, and work areas clean Follow food safety, cleanliness, and cash handling procedures Help train newer team members Complete closing duties when scheduled Requirements Previous restaurant, fast food, kitchen, or grill experience preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to work evenings and weekends Must be able to work until 9:30 pm when scheduled Must be able to stand for long periods Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must communicate well with team members and customers Must have reliable transportation Preferred Experience Grill or line cook experience Fast food or quick service restaurant experience Shift lead or keyholder experience Cashier or customer service experience Schedule Full-time 35-40 hours per week Evening and weekend availability required Some shifts may be 9:30 am to 9:30 pm with a break included
