• What you'll do:
• + Maintain cafe safety by ensuring product freshness, cleanliness, and adherence to sanitation guidelines.

+ Train and instruct associates on food preparation, quality standards, and safety protocols. + Manage food and equipment inventories, including ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating products. + Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and deposit preparation. + Lead daily team meetings, monitor food stations, and ensure consistent portion control and customer service. + Develop and support associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. + Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.
