Executive Chef / Director of Food & Beverage RidgePointe Country Club - Jonesboro, AR Full Job Description RidgePointe Country Club is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef / Director of Food & Beverage to lead all culinary and dining operations. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, innovative menus, and outstanding member experiences across all dining venues and events. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in both daily dining and upscale event environments . Responsibilities Lead all culinary operations for: Ridge Bar & Grill (primary dining venue) The Pointe Restaurant (upscale events, private parties, and member functions) Develop and execute creative, high-quality menus with attention to seasonal trends and dietary needs Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, presentation, and food quality standards Hire, train, and manage culinary and food & beverage staff Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Plan and execute banquets, catering events, and club functions Collaborate with leadership to enhance member dining experiences and event programming Stay current on industry trends, including culinary innovation and beverage programs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, or similar leadership role Strong background in fine dining and high-volume food service Proven experience managing kitchen operations, staff, and budgets Experience with banquets, catering, and private events Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and food safety standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity for leadership growth within a premier private club Dynamic and supportive team environment Apply Today Join RidgePointe Country Club and help create exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
