We value integrity, love, humility, and courage — and we're looking for a passionate, dependable leader to help guide our team and continue building an uplifting, high-energy environment for both our crew and our customers. As a Shift Leader, you'll help lead day-to-day operations, support baristas, maintain smooth workflow during busy rushes, and set the tone for the shift through positivity, accountability, and teamwork. Responsibilities Lead and support baristas throughout shifts while helping maintain a positive, team-focused environment. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, Red Bull infusions, and specialty drinks with consistency and care. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with guests, resolving concerns professionally, and creating memorable experiences. Assist with shift operations including deployment, task delegation, restocking, and maintaining workflow during peak hours. Handle cash transactions, drawer management, and cashiering duties accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the store. Support training and development of new team members by leading through example and encouraging growth. Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, store needs, team performance, and operational concerns. Help ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities are completed efficiently. Bring energy, leadership, accountability, and fun into every shift! Qualifications Previous barista experience is strongly preferred; leadership or supervisory experience in coffee or food service is strongly preferred. Must have reliable availability for weekday closing shifts and full weekend availability. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to connect positively with both guests and team members. Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and café cleanliness standards. Comfortable coaching others, giving direction, and helping maintain team accountability. Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented with a willingness to step in wherever needed.
