Multi-Unit Leadership The Role:
What You'll Master Full-Operation Mastery:
To lead a great crew, you have to know the craft. You will train across every position in the building—from the pit area and the butcher/cutting block to the front service line.
Shift Management:
Learn to direct high-volume daily operations with an absolute focus on food safety, exceptional guest hospitality, and smooth kitchen execution.
Team Development:
Cultivate leadership skills by learning to recruit, onboard, and coach a dedicated team of BBQ enthusiasts.
Culture Keeping:
Drive a positive, respectful, and high-morale workspace that keeps our "People First" values alive every shift. What You Bring to the
Table Background:
1-3 years of supervisor or leadership experience in a restaurant setting (Shift Lead, Team Captain, or Assistant Manager).
Schedule:
Ability to commit to 40-50 hours per week, including essential weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).
People Skills:
A genuine passion for mentoring others, building team unity, and keeping a cool head under pressure.
