About the Job Marco's Pizza is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable In-Store Team Members looking to grow with our company. Our team members are key to creating a great customer experience — from making pizzas to working the register, you'll be part of the team that delivers delicious food and excellent service. What You'll Do Prepare pizzas and other menu items to Marco's standards. Provide excellent customer service at the counter, on the phone, and in the dining area. Accurately take and process orders. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions securely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with opening, closing, and other store tasks as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old (or meet local age requirements). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
