Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Dining Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hospitality management experience, with a strong background in food service, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. As a key leader within our team, you will coordinate staff activities, manage food and beverage service, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures. Manage inventory control and food management processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Oversee cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling, staffing levels, and performance monitoring. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven supervisory or management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service or casual dining settings. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and interviewing prospective team members. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Background in hospitality management or restaurant management is highly desirable. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
