This role supports daily operations, leads by example, takes ownership, and helps create a positive, team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities Open and close the store; handle cash, deposits, and register balancing Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked store Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and resolve issues as needed Assist with inventory, restocking, and vendor check-ins Communicate shift updates and concerns to management

Schedule & Availability Part-time:

approximately 20+ hours per week Days and weekends required Qualifications Retail or food service experience preferred Reliable, organized, comfortable taking initiative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Basic POS/computer skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to comply with tobacco sales regulations.
