Responsibilities Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Manage labor and profit loss Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary Qualifications Experience working in a restaurant required Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred Must be able to implement rules and direct employees A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment No college degree required Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
