Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including food production, catering, and event management to ensure seamless execution. Lead and supervise a diverse team of staff, including kitchen personnel, servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage shift schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations. Coordinate with culinary teams to oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control for all menu items and special events. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies, beverages, and equipment; place orders as needed to prevent shortages. Implement operational procedures for smooth day-to-day functioning while continuously seeking improvements in service delivery and efficiency. Skills Proven experience in food production, cooking, food preparation, or kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or management experience in food service or restaurant environments. Expertise in food safety protocols, dietary considerations, and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations professionally and warmly. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during busy shifts. Knowledge of food industry trends including catering, banquet services, coffee shop operations (barista experience), and beverage management.
