Duties:

• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the premises
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution
• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
• Collaborate with management to devise strategies for enhancing sales and profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in roles involving coffee, food safety, cash handling, kitchen operations, or food preparation is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards success
• Excellent communication skills and adept at fostering positive interpersonal relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
