We're seeking someone who shares our core values, has a genuine passion for hospitality, is team-oriented, and can stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Full Time Position. Must be able to close at least 4 nights a week Hours range from 12pm to 9:30pm Starting Pay $22, plus tips
Responsibilities:
Relaying information between team and upper management Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Guiding team through daily work activities and projects Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Ensure department checklists have been completed Resolve guest issues that arise during the shift while following company standards Assist management with VIP guests, ensuring their experience aligns with company standards Required Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED Prior customer service or café/restaurant experience preferred Valid Food Handler's Certificate and ABC License Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant Strong time-management skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & organize tasks Strong understanding of hospitality and service standards What We Offer Competitive pay + tips Cross-training Part-time and full-time scheduling options Discounted food and beverages Professional growth opportunities, including management pathways Our ideal candidate is thoughtful, reliable, passionate about creating a welcoming guest experience, and committed to fostering a positive company culture.
