The DTD is responsible to ensure that we are adequately staffed with top talent that reflects our Core Values to ensure that our business and people grow. The DTD is hyper-focused on executing excellence in our DT in the areas of speed, accuracy and hospitality. This leader should focus on continuous improvement in a LEAN environment and development of people, processes and effective communication. Key Responsibilities The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work drive-thru.

Those behaviors include:

Proper bagging to ensure accurate orders of high-quality food Using the proper amount of condiments Maintaining a clean and organized workplace The Core Four Implementation and enforcing innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to leadership team Communicate effectively, share ideas, and take a positive approach to all situations. Hold all Team Members accountable to all policy standards. Develop a Team Member review plan with the Hospitality and Kitchen Director Connect regularly with operational leadership to ensure all areas of staffing, including future needs are met, in order to make proactive/effective decisions. Participate in a bi-weekly meeting with other directors and operator. Apply corrective and disciplinary measures fairly and consistently, documenting conversations and actions. Stay up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal law labor and employment laws. • Participate in all onboarding components and evaluate for opportunities to improve. • Must be able to work in high stress, fast paced environment.
