Shift Supervisor:

Leading shifts effectively Leading day to day tasks Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant Leading productivity effectively Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists Attending and contributing at Department meetings bi-weekly Establishing accountability with Team Members Maintaining a fun work environment Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Team Leaders Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team Organizing the team with excellent follow through Serv-Safe managerial certified Behavioral Characteristics Demonstrate the organization's Mission & Core Values Pay attention to detail Demonstrate 360 awareness Takes initiative Be compassionate towards Team Members Motivate the team to uphold the standards of the restaurant Delegate tasks when needed Communicate effectively with team Take charge and ownership of the shift Solve problems and make quick decisions when necessary Coach and develop others through an attitude of continuous improvement Welcome feedback Be available to open and close the restaurant at least three times a week Work an average of 32 hours a week A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
