This role requires strong leadership, responsibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise staff during shifts. Handle customer service issues. Monitor operations and ensure quality. Manage basic inventory and supplies. Open/close the location when needed. Handle basic maintenance/cleanliness schedules.

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience preferred. Proven reliability (no attendance issues). Strong communication skills. Ability to work weekends. Ability to work under pressure and stay organized. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Acknowledge of DRB is a plus.
