We are currently seeking a Floor Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead our restaurant to continued success. Position Summary As the Floor Manager , you will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency. You will act as a leader and mentor to staff, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Maintain compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace regulations. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and floor assignments for optimal efficiency. Handle guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Support the management team with inventory control, ordering, and reporting. Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards of excellence.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.

Certifications:

Valid Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Serving Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
