Job Location:

2701 Harbor Blvd. Suite D2, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Starting pay $18/hr plus participation in tip pool following training Job duties include; Leading the team on all operations, assigning tasks, opening and closing the store, ensuring checklists are finished daily, taking orders from customers, helping answer any questions they might have about our all organic juice, smoothies, bowls, cleanse programs, coffee and tea, preparing various beverages and food items for customers. Shift Leads receive tips and raises are based on performance and experience! Qualifications Proven customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience Experience with POS systems, preferably Aloha or Micros Barista, juice/coffee preparation experience Strong time management and sales skills Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail transactions Background in food preparation and service in a café or retail environment
