The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all guests receive high-quality service while maintaining the standards of our establishment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their performance and promote a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency. Skills Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and handling. Proven kitchen management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in shift management within the food industry is preferred.
