What to Expect The Production Supervisor will report to the Associate Manager of Vehicle Scrap Reduction Operations (SRT) and will be responsible for overseeing quality inspection, rework, and sorting activities to meet production demands. This includes supervising the inspection, sorting, and rework teams, while also supporting scrap reduction projects and initiatives. The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership and direction to their team, including Technicians, Leads, and Associates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required quality and production goals. Maintain department records and inventories
Plan and organize Inspection, Rework, TSORTs work for smooth operations
Ensure that standard operating procedures and inspection, rework procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and the plant's safety program
Work with employees to resolve technical and personnel problems Schedule employees to effectively meet production needs and to ensure vacation and other time off consistent with plant policies
Provide the shift-to-shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals
Communicate to employees all issues that affect the plant and perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager What You'll Bring
3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
5+ years of experience in fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and computer skills using Microsoft Office is a must
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Compensation and Benefits

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
