Known for our rollerskating carhops, upbeat atmosphere, and fresh made-to-order food, we've proudly served Southern California for over 40 years. We're now expanding with a new drive-thru location in Lakewood, and we're looking for strong leaders to grow with us.

We're Hiring:

General Manager Shift Lead We're Looking for

Team Members Who:

Can work independently and think on their feet Use good judgment and take initiative Are easy-going, flexible, and bring positive energy Love delivering exceptional customer service Can manage shifts smoothly and lead by example Are strong problem solvers with solid organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and supporting all departments and staff Greeting customers with a warm, friendly presence Executing and enforcing systems, checklists, and policies Ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed and running smoothly Creating schedules and organizing daily operations Ordering food/supplies while managing the budget Working weekend mid-shifts (Saturday & Sunday required) Accommodating peak restaurant hours Ensuring compliance with all company procedures Helping build a fun, fast-paced, guest-focused culture

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of management experience required Must be highly reliable and ready to grow with us Saturdays and Sundays are required
