Job Description
We're a fun, fast-paced indoor family entertainment center where families come to play, celebrate, and make memories! Our team takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and exciting environment for guests of all ages. The Role We're looking for a high-performing Team Lead who takes ownership of operations, thinks critically, and executes at a high level in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is not an entry-level team member role. You will be expected to run shifts, solve problems in real time, improve processes, and ensure consistent execution across the business . If you're someone who naturally takes initiative, notices inefficiencies, and steps in without being asked—this role is for you. Core Responsibilities Shift Ownership & Operations Take full ownership of shift execution, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely Monitor the floor in real time and proactively address issues before they escalate Balance guest experience, staffing, and throughout during peak periods Step into any role (front desk, café, attractions) as needed to support the business Guest Experience & Issue Resolution Set the standard for customer service and hold team members accountable to it Handle escalated guest concerns independently with professionalism and sound judgment Ensure every party, event, and guest interaction meets a high standard of execution Events, Parties & Field Trips Own communication with event holders from booking through completion Provide tours, answer inquiries, and convert leads into bookings Oversee party execution—before, during, and after—to ensure quality and consistency Coordinate field trips including pricing, booking, and on-site execution Identify gaps in event operations and implement improvements Team Leadership & Accountability Lead from the floor—coach, direct, and hold team members accountable in real time Support hiring, training, and development of party hosts and staff Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed Address performance issues directly and constructively Business Awareness & Process Improvement Think like an operator—understand how decisions impact revenue, labor, and guest flow Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and bottlenecks, and take action to fix them Help build and refine systems that improve consistency, speed, and scalability Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall business performance Administrative & Communication Manage party sheets, summaries, and event tracking with high accuracy Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with scheduling based on business demand and staffing needs Maintain clear and consistent communication across all areas of the business Additional Expectations Follow up on maintenance and operational issues to resolution Support kitchen and floor operations during high-volume periods Take on additional responsibilities as needed—this role requires flexibility and ownership What We're Looking For Strong ownership mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Confident decision-maker who can handle pressure and ambiguity Strong communication skills with both guests and team members Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement solutions Team-oriented, but comfortable holding others accountable Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be currently in college or post-college Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Required Experience:
